1. RETAINER FEE

• The retainer fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. RESCHEDULED SESSIONS

• If you need to reschedule your session with proper notice ([X days] in advance), the retainer fee will be applied to your new session date.

3. CANCELLED SESSIONS

• Sessions canceled without rescheduling will result in the loss of the retainer fee. No refunds will be issued.

4. DIGITAL FILES AND ARTWORK

• Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales of digital files and products are final.

• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation. Clients are encouraged to review the photographer’s portfolio before booking.

5. RESHOOTS AND REFUNDS

• Reshoots are offered at the photographer's discretion in cases of unforeseen technical issues or significant problems with the final images.

• No refunds are provided for poor pet behavior, lack of client preparation, or weather conditions.

6. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for sessions canceled due to emergency situations or other extenuating circumstances, less the retainer fee.
